IBPS is Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
It is an autonomous body which recruits candidates for the public sector banks of India.
It was established in the year 1975.
IBPS conducts a number of exams for the recruitment of candidates like IBPS Probationary officer, clerk, Specialist officer, RRB officer and assistant exams.
