A system administrator is basically responsible for performing all operational processes and procedures to ensure that all IT services and infrastructures meet operational targets. One is expected to perform the installation, configuration and day-to-day tasks related with guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of a WebSphere Commerce runtime environment.

Objectives
After completing the training, one is able to:
• Exhibit solid working knowledge of WebSphere Commerce solution administration
• Exhibit knowledge of the WebSphere Commerce product family and architecture
• Install and organize WebSphere Commerce on single and multiple nodes
• Execute system management and maintenance
