Candidates must be graduate students and pursuing their Masters or PhD degrees are eligible.

Selection process of IBM:
It is based on 3 stages:

Aptitude test
Technical test
Personal interview

Eligibility criteria for IBM is:
Candidate should be BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/CS/IT/ECE/EEE/EI
Candidate need to score at least 65% aggregate marks in class 10,12 & graduation.

Candidate must not have any backlogs.

Candidate should have very good communication and technical skills.

Maximum 2 year gap are allowed
