Here is the eligibility criterion for IBM placement: The eligibility criteria of IBM can be broadly divided into 2 categories: Information Technology Dept.(IT division) Eligibility: The applicant should have completed their graduation or post graduation degree from a reputed university in B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA with any specialization with atleast 70% aggregate. The Candidates must have 65% aggregate 10th class and 12th class. No backlogs at the time of IBM Placement process on Campus. Consulting and business process outsourcing dept.(BPO division) The Under Graduate / Graduate can apply. Applicants those are Freshers or experienced also can apply. The Candidates must have good Verbal & excellent Communication Skills. Selection Process at IBM IBM selection procedure consists 4 rounds following 1. Written Aptitude Test 2. Group Discussion 3. As you want I am here telling you about the eligibility criteria for placement test of IBM company. Eligibility criteria: Candidate should secure 65% through out education . (10th =65% , 12th =65% , graduation/post graduation=65% ) Pending Backlog candidate are not applicable. One year career gap applicable. Process recruitment- Written Test Group Discussion HR Interview Sample question paper of the test: 1. After giving similar type of conditions , what is the element left to H? In this section they gave around 4 matrices of this type and gave some questions for each matrix. 2. 5’s then which column elements sum equals to 9? 3. If column1 , Column 4 are interchanged and row3 , row4 are interchanged and diagonal elements from top left to bottom right are written in reverse order then what is the element in row1 and column 1? 4. If a company produces 15 different model of tv sets of 2 inchs screen and 4 different model of 4 inches screen size. Then how many model should vendor has for all the model so that all models willdisplayed in the showroom? 5. If a team consists 20 members in which 20% are mathematician then how many member should they hire so that the ratio would become 10/11. 6. If Z’s in odd numbered rows are replced with 7’s and S’s in odd numbered columns are replaced with. Section B All questions in this section are from number series.
