The Indian Administrative Services Exam is on the one of the Toughest and prestigious Examination held in India that provides numbers of government job to the candidates. UPSC: IAS Exam Pattern-Syllabus & Selection Process: There will be a three Phases of IAS Exam & selection Process- Phase1: Preliminary Examination or CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test) Phase2: Main Examination.
