IAF Pilot Uniform

My brother selected on pilot post in Indian Air Force (IAF) . he want to know about the Uniform for this post . Will you please tell what is the uniform of a pilot in IAF and from where he can get this uniform . Also please tell what are the duties of the pilot in IAF .
