Applicants age should be 21 years

Indian Air Force offers opportunities for Unmarried Male Indian Citizens to Join as Airmen in Group 'X' (Technical).

Eligibility

The candidates should have passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

03 Years Diploma in Engineering from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in overall aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma or in Intermediate

Medical Standards:

(a) Height - Minimum height required is 152.5 cm.

(b) Chest - Minimum range of expansion: 5 cm

(c) Weight - Proportionate to height and age.

(d) Hearing - Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.

(e) Dental - Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.

(f) Health - Candidate should be of normal anatomy without loss of any appendages.

(g) Body Tattoo - Permanent body tattoos on inner face of the fore arms (inside of elbow to the wrist), are permitted.

Written Test,

Adaptability Test,

Physical Fitness Test (PFT),
Interview and Medical Examination

Application procedure

Candidate can fill online form for the Selection Test from 08/11/2015 to 28/11/2015.

After successful completion of registration, take print out of online application and sent to "CENTRAL AIRMEN SELECTION BOARD (CASB) by ordinary Post only, by 05/12/2015.
