The Enrollment Process and Policies in Huron Valley Schools is as follows:

Instructions for Resident Student
Enrollment
1. Review vaccination requirements and obtain any necessary immunizations.
2. Determine resident school
3. Need to complete the appropriate forms
4. Deliver the completed forms and any additional required documentation to the building in which one is enrolling. This must be done in person by a parent or legal guardian.

Documents Required for Student Enrollment
Only original documents are required for verification purposes, however, copies of the originals will be made and originals returned to parent/guardian where appropriate.

Proof of Residency is required for every new K-12 resident candidate. In addition to parent/guardian identification (valid driver's license or passport) any of the two of the following documents are required to prove residency:
• Recent Property Tax Statement
• Current Lease/Rental Agreement
• Closing Statement from a recent purchase
• Insurance Statement
• Utility Bills

Additional required forms include:
• Guardianship documentation (if applicable)
• Student's Certified Birth Certificate
• Official Immunization Record
• Completed forms available through the Enrollment Center 'Forms' link:

o Request for Educational Records
o Student Questionnaire
o Transportation Form
o Technology Form
For Kindergarten candidate only, proof of Vision screening is also required.
Pre-school programs only, proof of the Hib vaccination and the Pneumococcal vaccination are also required on the immunization record.
