Hello Dude I would like to suggest you that HSE means health and Safety executives basically their mission is to prevent death, injury and ill health in Great Britain’s workplaces. Specially harrashments and Bullying in Schools too they guide to the school students and also to workers how to deal in these type of situation of harassments and Bullying

Bullying include Negative behavior like

Ignoring or excluding you

Giving you unachievable tasks or ’setting you up to fail’

Spreading malicious rumors or gossip

Giving you meaningless tasks or unpleasant jobs

Making belittling remarks

Undermining your integrity

Withholding information deliberately

Making you look stupid in public

Undervaluing your contribution –not giving credit where it is due

Some of the solution given by health and Safety executives is as follows

You can consult your organization for bullying and harassment policy if they are having

You can do one thing that you can speak to someone you feel comfortable talking to about your concerns

Mediation it by third person

If informal resolution has not worked, follow a formal complaints procedure.

You can take Legal action in complex situation too ok
