For B.Tech programmes there are various Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), are one group of the participating institutes of the entrance exam apart from NITs and GFTIs.

These IIIT colleges are provides B.Tech admission through JEE.

The list of IIITs as provided by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), the common counselling body for JEE entrance exams.

Candidates will have to choose from a list of 23 IIITs while choice filling at the time of counselling.
