How to join GPSC?

Can you tell me the process to join GPSC (Gujarat Public Civil Services) as I want to do a job in GPSC?

Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) conducts exam for recruitment to the posts in Gujarat Civil Services, Class- I and Class-II.

Posts are:
Deputy Superintendent of Police
District Registrar of Co-Op Society
Mamlatdar
Section Officer Sachivalaya
Section Officer-Vidhansabha
Section Officer-GPSC
Taluka Development Officer
Labour Officer

It is a competitive exam and it requires a great preparation to crack.

Eligibility:

1) Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
2) Age Limit: Age should be between 21 years to 28 years.

The Exam is conducted in two parts:
1) Prelims
2) Mains
3) Personality Test

In preliminary exam there are two objective type papers. After clearing the pre exam, one can appear in the main exam. The main exam consists of the following paper.
Gujarati
English
Essay
Optional subject 1
Optional Subject 2

Interview: It is of 100 marks and only the candidates who have cleared mains exam are eligible for interview session.

The Preliminary Examination:--

The preliminary Examination consist of two paper with objective type question

Paper-I General Studies 150

Paper-II One subject to be selected from the list of optional subjects 200

The Total marks:350

The Main Examination :--

Paper-I Gujarati Marks-200

Paper-II English Marks-200

Paper-III General Studies Marks-200

Paper IV & V Two subject to be selected from the list of optional subject Marks 200 Each

The Total Marks: 1000

The Interview: The interview is of 100 Marks
