How to Block SBBJ ATM
 

Can you tell me the process to block the ATM (Automated Teller Machine) card of SBBJ (State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur) as I have misplaced it some where, please help me with this?

If you have lost or misplaced the ATM (Automated Teller Machine) card of SBBJ (State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur) and you are in India, you should immediately contact the toll-free help line no. 1800112211 from MTNL/BSNL land lines or chargeable call 0091-80-26599990 from other mobile/land lines.

To report the loss of card, the help line will ask additional information about the cardholder viz. Father’s first name, mother’s maiden name, Date of birth, year of passing secondary school exam, year of marriage to ensure that the caller is the card holder and communicate to the Switch centre for blocking of the card.

You can make request to HOT/BLOCK the card and stop the operations of the card on the network.

Inform immediately the card issuing branch telephonically about the loss of card followed by written request to make the card HOT.

Block ATM/Debit Card

You can even Block ATM cum Debit Card through INB, in case card is lost or stolen. Follow these simple steps to immediately block card:

 Step 1: Login to sbbjonline.com with your username and password.
 Step 2: Select "Block ATM Card" link under the "e-Services" tab.
 Step 3: Select the Account, under which you want to block your ATM cum Debit Card.
 Step 4: The entire Active and blocked cards will be displayed. You will be shown the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card(s).
 Step 5: Select the Card, you wish to block and click "Submit". Verify the details and confirm.
 Step 6: Select the mode of authentication as either SMS OTP or Profile Password.
 Step 7: On the next screen, enter the OTP password /Profile password as chosen earlier and Click "Confirm".
 Step 8: A success message would be displayed with a Ticket No. after successful blocking of ATM cum Debit Card. Note this Ticket No. for future reference.
