To become research scientist after B.Tech ECE you need to appear in the entrance examination which is conducted by the ISRO (Indian space research organization). Here are the details of this exam:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed BE/B.Tech or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 65% from any recognized university of India.

Application fees:
Application Fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) for each application
