How to apply for PCS test?

Punjab Civil Services Exam is conducted by Punjab Public Service Commission for recruitment to the following given services/posts:

Punjab Civil Service (Executive Branch)
Deputy Superintendent of Police
Excise & Taxation Officer
Deputy Superintendent of Jail (Grade-II)/District Probation Officer(jails)
Tehsildar
Block Development & Panchayat Officer
Labour and Concilliation Officer

Here are the details of this examination:

Nationality:
Citizen of India; or
Citizen of Nepal; or
Subject of Bhutan; or
Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the Ist January 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India;

Eligibility:
The applicant should hold degree of bachelor in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

Important dates:
Date of Preliminary Examination: Mar 16, 2014 Date of Main Examination: third week of July, 2014 onwards
