Re: Hogan Lovells MBA
Hogan Lovells is a law firm and mostly it recruits law graduates and very seldom would look to recruit MBA graduate. Practice areas are organised into five practice groups: • Corporate • Finance • Government Regulatory • Intellectual Property • Litigation, Arbitration and Employment. Training Structure: February or August 2018 Begin your preparation contract. Initial 6 months Your first seat, picking up involvement in a specific practice range. Following three months you will begin to talk about your next three seats with us. 6–12 months Your second seat. Amid this seat you can apply for a customer secondment or an arrangement abroad. 12 months Your third seat. This may include picking up involvement in another practice range or, if your application was fruitful, taking up a customer secondment or global position. Year and a half Your fourth seat. On the off chance that your application is fruitful, and you haven't as of now been on a position or secondment, you can spend this last period on secondment with a customer, working in a universal office or combining your preparation with a last London-based seat. 2 years You have finished your preparation contract and you have qualified as a specialist. You will keep on improving your insight, aptitudes and experience. The preparation plan and the attorney advancement program take you from partner to senior partner, and backing your profession anticipates abnormal state parts like direction or accomplice.
