1) Exam Pathway (up to 80% Seat distribution) -
(1) Bare minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)

(2) Bare minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th)

Exam Pathway -
UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) followed by Centralized Counselling

2) Non-Exam Pathway (up to 20% Seat distribution) -
(1) As per Board Merit -
(a) Minimum 80% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
(b) Minimum 80% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level(12th)

2) As per JEE Main Scores -
(a) Bare minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
(b) Bare minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th)
(c) JEE Mains cut off for applying for a UPES B.Tech program will be affirmed after declaration of JEE mains result.

Non-Exam Pathway -
(1) As per Board Merit - Centralized Counseling through UPES Board Merit rank
(2) As per JEE Main Merit - Centralized Counseling through UPES JEE Main Merit

Duration of the course is 4 years.
