Hindi Sahitya Sammelan-Siksha Visharad B.Ed degree recognized or not

I want to take admission in the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan-Siksha Visharad for B.Ed degree? Please tell me B.Ed degree from the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan-Siksha Visharad is valid or not?

The Shiksha Visharad is recognized by the Government as being equivalent to the B.Ed Course. this is recognized by UGC. But the Shiksha Visharad degree from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad is not recognized by NCTE.

National Council for Teacher Education in its letter dated 18.4.2006 has intimated that Shiksha Visharad degree from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad is not recognized by NCTE.

It is also to state thatunder Section 17 (4) of NCTE Act, a qualification in Teacher Education obtained from an institute not recognized by NCTE is not valid for the purpose of Employment under the
Central Government, any State Government or University or in any School

As per me Shiksha Visharad course (equivalent to B.Ed.) offered by Hindi Sahitya Sammelan is UGC recognized. It is recognised : IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI. but Shiksha Visharad, Certificate, granted by the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan,
Allahabad has not been treated equivalent to B.T/B.ED., Degree rather equivalent to B.T.C/C.T.
