HCL Share Bonus

Shares of HCL Technologies were exchanging lower by 1% at Rs 990 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), after the stock turned ex-reward today in the proportion of 1:1.

The stock opened at Rs 995 and touched a low of Rs 976 on the NSE. Till 0921 hours, a consolidated 443,605 shares changed hands on the counter on the NSE and BSE.

The directorate of the data innovation organization at its meeting hung on January 30, 2015, had suggested the issue of extra partakes in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. one value share for each one value share held.

The organization has settled March 20, 2015 as record date with the end goal of determining the qualification of the individuals for the issue of extra shares. Extra shares are free shares given to the current shareholders of an organization.
