Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) looks for dynamic Engineers with a prominent academic background for the posts of Management Trainee. The posts are available for multiple researches, production, and design centres in India, and the recruitment will be done on the basis of the GATE score.


Eligibility Criteria


Nationality
One must be an Indian


Qualification
One must possess a 4 years Graduate Degree in Technology/Engineering disciplines

AMIE candidates with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Civil Engineering are also eligible


Percentage Required
One pertaining to the General/OBC (non-creamy layer) categories must have received an average of a minimum of 65% marks
One pertaining to the SC/ST/PWD categories must have received an average of a minimum of 55% marks


Parameters for final year students
Gen/OBC (non-creamy layer) category must have a minimum of 65% marks
SC/ST/PWD categories must have a minimum of 55% marks
For short listing, the final year students must submit their final scorecard at the time of interview


No Objection Certificate (NOC)
One working in Public Sector Undertakings, Government or State Government Departments are obligated to present a NOC from their respective organisation

Remuneration for HAL Recruitment through GATE 2019


The trainees will be given a stipend of basic pay of Rs. 16,400 along with canteen allowance and dearness allowance.

Additionally, house rent allowance or bachelor accommodation will also be provided during the training period.

After one complete the probation period successfully, one shall be eligible for a pay scale of Rs.16, 400 – Rs. 40,500.

One will also be eligible for variable dearness allowance and other perks such as cafeteria system, performance-related pay (PRP), medical facilities, gratuity, provident fund, and superannuation bonuses per organisation policy from time to time.
