Hailey College of Banking & Finance was established on 26th March 2003 as the fifth Constituent College of the University of the Punjab in the premises donated by his Excellency Sir Ganga Ram for advancement of education in Commerce.

Entrance exam:
This will cover General Mathematical Ability, Logical Reasoning, English Language Comprehension and General Knowledge.

Eligibility:
¼th of total marks obtained in SSC/O Level plus 1/5th of total marks obtained in Intermediate /A Level, plus total Marks obtained in BA/B.Sc/B.Com./BBA or equivalent from a recognized institution

3.5 years
