Distribution of seats as per State Govt

Reservation: Reservation Policy may be seen in PhD Prospectus (2015)

Application Form: The information brochure (PhD prospectus 2015) containing application forms and other details for research programmes are available on sale counter (registration branch) on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rs.250/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana)

Candidates may obtain the same by post from Asst Registrar (Regn) by sending demand draft of Rs.1050/- (Rs.300/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana) in favour of Registrar GJUS&T, Hisar payable at Hisar

The application forms and other details can also be downloaded from university website
Such application must be submitted along with a bank draft of Rs.1000/- (Rs.250/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana)

The application form complete in all respect must reach Chairperson of the respective department by upto 05.00 p.m.

Incomplete applications or those received after last date shall not be entertained

Candidates should read the information brochure for PhD Programme 2015 carefully before submitting the application forms.
