GTU Admission in M.Pharm without GPAT score

Can I take GTU Admission in M.Pharm without GPAT score??????
What are the basic requirements to apply for this course?????????

As per as my knowledge, you can not take GTU Admission in M.Pharm without GPAT score. The GPAT scores are mandatory for the admission. Here are the details of admission:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed B. pharma with good academic record from any recognized university of India.

Documents required at the time of admissions:
H.S.C. Examination ( Std. 12th) Mark-sheet,
Diploma in Engineering Examination
Qualifying Examination Mark-sheet/ statement of marks of final year,
Degree Certificate,
GATE/GPAT Score Card,
School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate,

Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC),
Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward
Classes (SEBC), issued by the authority empowered by the Government
of Gujarat in this behalf,
Non Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, issued after

Dear Sir,
I have studied BHM with Bangalore university in the year of 1995 to 1998. i have not collected my certificate till due to several reasons. What are the procedures for collecting the original certificates now, including fine details?
