1100+ GRE score is good for getting admission in good university . Eligibility Criteria for GRE: Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement for admission in any Masters Program also having good GRE marks. Student should complete 16 years of education for admission to Science and Engineering programs. Fee Structure For GRE : Subject Tests for United States, U.S Territories and Puerto Rico – USD$140 For other locations including India – USD$160 (Rs. 7,615.20) Types of GRE : 1) Revised General Test 2) GRE Subject Tests Revised General Test consists of 3 sections: 1) Verbal Reasoning (130-170) 2) Quantitative Reasoning (130-170) 3) Analytical Writing (0-6) in half point increments Verbal Reasoning: Measures your ability to analyze and evaluate written material and synthesize information obtained from it, it also analyzes the relationships among component parts of sentences and recognize relationships among words and concepts. Quantitative Reasoning: Measures problem-solving ability, focusing on basic concepts of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and data analysis.
