After graduation, girl candidate can apply for CDS Exam to join Indian Army or Air Force.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Service.

CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.

Eligibility Criteria for CDS Exam

The age limit of the candidate must be between 19 to 25 years.

There is no Permanent Commission for Female Candidate.
This is Short Service Commission.
You can only serve for 14 years.

Candidate must be Unmarried.

Candidate must be citizen of India.

Candidate must be Physically and Mentally fit.
