For getting a Government Teacher Job in Mharashtra State school you will have to appear Maharashtra TET exam.

Required qualification:
Candidate must have Graduation/Post Graduation degree and B.Ed in relevant discipline from the recognized University.

I am giving you syllabus of TET exam:
There will be two papers in MAHATET.

1. MAHATET Paper-I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.

2. MAHATET Paper-II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.

3. A person who intends to be a teacher either for classes I to V or for classes VI to VIII will have to appear in both papers (Paper I and Paper II).
