UPMT (Uttarakhand Pre Medical Test) is a State level medical entrance exam for the ‘State Quota’ seats in Medical and Dental colleges in Uttarakhand. It is conducted by the ‘Govind Ballabh Pant Agriculture and Technological University, Uttarakhand’ for students who belong to the state of Uttarakhand.

Eligibility:
You should be a domicile of the state of Uttarakhand and should have passed your Class 10th and Class 12th examinations (or equivalents) from an institution situated in Uttarakhand.

Candidates who are not domiciles of Uttarakhand but have passed their Class 10th and Class 12th examinations (or equivalents) from an institution situated in Uttarakhand are also eligible for the UPMT.
