After the Passing the NET UGC entrance exam You can apply for the Lecturer job post in many government collages when these respective collages offer the jobs recruitment

The NET is conducted by the UGC) for the research fellowships and appointment of assistant professors in the institutions of higher education.

Every university or colleges/Institutes has their own selection process.

Most of them conducts interviews.

So you have to apply for college interviews.

UGC NET exam details:

Eligibility;
The applicant must possess graduate/ post graduate/ BE / B Tech / MBBS / Integrated BS-MS / MSC / PhD from any recognized university.

Examination Fee:-

General - Rs.600/-
Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer), as per the Central list of OBC available on website: National Commission for Backward Classes - Rs.300/-
SC/ST/PwD - Rs.150/-

Lecturer post is very reputed and respectable post. After qualify this exam you can apply in any government and private colleges.
