Can I become a Chartered Accountant after completion of M.Com course, is there good to do, please provide information???

The need for highly qualified candidates is increasing day by day. Most of the leading companies require candidates with experience and qualification. Yes, of course you are eligible to become CA after completing M.Com. There are 3 level in CA which candidate have to clear to be chartered accountant. Common Proficiency Test(CPT) IPCC Final examination Eligibility: The Students who wish to pursue Chartered Accountancy Course can register for the Common Proficiency Course (CPC) after passing 10th exam and can appear for CPT either on appearing or passing 10+2 examination. Students who wish to pursue the next step of CA course are required to qualify CPT as well as 10+2 or its equivalent examination. CA CPT Syllabus Candidates appearing for CA CPT exam should possess basic knowledge of subjects like: Fundamental accounting, Mercantile law, Quantitative aptitude and General economics Syllabus for all the mentioned subjects is as given below:- •Fundamental Accounting: - Introduction to Company Accounts, Partnerships Accounts Theoretical Framework, Depreciation Accounting, Bank Reconciliation Statement etc •Mercantile Law:- Different types of acts like goods act 1930, Indian contract act 1872 and Partnership act 1932 •Quantitative Aptitude: - basic concepts of differential and integral calculus, sets, functions and relations, simple and compound interest, ratio and proportion, logarithms and Indices •General Economics: - Economy reforms in India, theories on production and cost, demand & supply and micro economics Dates: CA CPT December 2014 will be held on 14th December, 2014 (Sunday) Application Fee: Rs 500/- can be paid online through VISA or MASTER Credit/ Debit Card. Candidates will not be charged extra of Rs 500/- (i.e. cost of application form fee). |
