Goa Industrial Development Act is an Act which is made to make special provision for securing the orderly establishment in industrial areas and industrial estates of industries, in the State of Goa and to assist generally in the organization therefore, and for that purpose to establish an Industrial Devel-opment Corporation, and for purposes connected with the ' matters aforesaid

The first two chapter of this act contain the info about
Short title, extent and commencement
Definitions
Establishment and incorporation
Constitution
Disqualification for Director
Terms of office and conditions of service of Director.
Meetings of Corporation
Cessation of Director
Vacancies how to be filled.
Proceeding presumed to be good and valid
Officers and servants of the Corporation.
