Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) was established at Amritsar on November 24, 1969 . focus of university is for imparting education and promoting research.

Course:
Bachelor of Arts (Pass Course)

Eligibility:
Passed Senior Secondary Certificate Part-II(12th Class) examination or any other equivalent examination.

Course :
Bachelor of Arts (Honours)

Eligibility :
Candidate may offer Honours in any one of the three elective subjects .

Candidate must obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate in qualifying exam .

Qualifying exam: plus 2 level exam .

Course:
Bachelor of Science (Pass Course) / Bachelor of Science (Honours)

Eligibility:
Candidate must pass plus 2 level exam with science subject .
