1. X class or its identical pass endorsement
2. 10+2/Intermediate imprints explanation and pass Certificate.
3. Exchange, Study and Conduct Certificates.
4. Coordinated Community Certificate if there should arise an occurrence of SC/ST. 5. Medicinal Certificate from not beneath the rank of a Civil Surgeon if there should be an occurrence of PH Candidates
6. Two arrangements of photograph duplicates of the testaments expressed previously.
