The Black Student Alliance (BSA) is a registered student organization with a purpose of bringing students together. They emphasis on African American students and the objective of BSA is to provide activities that will enhance the student's personal and social development, cultural enrichment and understanding of the African American experience in correlation with other cultures. They provide access to academic success, scholarship, and career information to minority students. The BSA office motto implies, the office provides university-wide service and support programming in many areas. These areas includes: Cultural enrichment Racial awareness Ethnicity Diversity Leadership training Organizational development and Institutional resources. Leaderships programs are provided; The Office of Black Student Achievement promotes it through a focus on organizational development, student involvement, and student leadership.
