I want to take admission in Genetic Engineering college. Is biology subject necessary in 12th for genetic engineering?

Genetic Engineering is a field of engineering concerns with the manipulation of human cells, DNA, genes etc
Sorry to say that without biology subject in 12th you can’i go for genetic engineering .

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants should be passed out from any intermediate course from a recognised by the government.
Applicants must have pursued Physics, Chemistry and Biology in class 12th.
Applicants must have secured a 60% in intermediate to be eligible .
Applicants can take admission in Genetic Engineering college after giving the entrance exam.
