IIST M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.S. or equivalent degree with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 out of 10

Candidates must have obtained a valid score in GATE/JEST/UGC NET in their respective disciplines

Final year candidates are also eligible to apply.

Candidates must not be more than 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable to SC / ST / Persons with disability (PWD) category as per Government of India Orders.

Applicants should be Indian citizens
