I want to know about Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) which is located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh so please tell me that who is the founder of AMU and in which year it was established? Is there any other branch of AMU is located in Uttar Pradesh?

The Aligarh Muslim University AMU was established by Syed Ahmad Khan as Madrasatul Uloom Musalmanan-e-Hind in 1875. The college started on 24 May 1875.
