FMGE Screening Test is approved for Indian citizens who wish to get registerd with the Medical Council of India or with any other State medical Council of India. The Screening Test Regulations Act had initiated this test. The examination is held in two times in a year.

Structure of FMGE Screening Test

The FMGE Screening Test is conducted like a single paper. The paper includes total 300 questions for the test. There is no negative marking. It is completely objective type test. The candidate who got 50 % marks in exam has successfully passed this competitive screening test. The applicant is free to attempt the test any number of times

• Regional Anatomy: Upper limb, Lower limb Thorax-including diaphragm Abdomen and Pelvis, Head, Neck Brainand Spinal cord.
• Surface Anatomy : In cadavers, in the living
• Sectional Anatomy : Thorax, Abdomen, Head, Neck and Brain
• General Anatomy: Basic tissues to body, Terminology & Nomenclature
• Postnatal growth & development
• Radiological Anatomy : Skiagrams, Special X-rays, Principles of imaging techniques.
