Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Pimpri, Pune established in 1996, received recognition of the Medical Council of India (MCI), for the award of MBBS Degree from its very first batch. The MBBS programme is recognised by the Malaysian Government and Malaysian Medical Council.

University Examination Fee
In addition to the above fees one shall pay the University Examination Fee as prescribed by the University from time to time. Other conditions and formalities are as per the rules of the University.

Admission Procedure
The admission is done on the basis of the merit list as ascertained from the performance of the candidates in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test conducted and Central Counselling will be done by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Delhi by DGHS New Delhi. (MCC)

Entry Qualification
Any examination equivalent to H.S.C. / (10+2) exam, of any recognized Board/ University after 12 years of study. 50% in PCB for general category and 40% for reserved category.
