I am not sure that institutes give fee concession in MCA course for SC/ST students or not but as per results on Internet I would like to tell you that some Institutes give fee concession in their courses. If you are not able to pay fee then you have option of education loan which is easily granted to SC/ST students. You have to pay this loan after completing your course.
