FC means is Fire Controlman a man who maintains weapons and operation in Navy. It is a United States Navy occupational rating. Fire Controlman are responsible for the routine care, operation, and repair of this equipment, which includes radars, target-designation systems, computers, weapons-direction equipment, gyroscopes, and rangefinders.
