Re: Is Excelsior a Good School
According to my knowledge Excelsior American School is a good School. Its approach differs from traditional education in several important ways: The school is child centered Individual learning is the key factor of Education All aspects of the child are developed (physical, emotional, moral, social and intellectual) Learning is based on direct experience and active involvement Students learn at their own pace, they are not forced for anything Self direction is encouraged every time Classrooms size is small The school offers a wide range of co-curricular activities which includes art, craft, music, dance, sports, and hobby clubs. The purpose and the aim of the school are to equip the child with the most excellent technological proficiency so that the child may function with clarity and efficiency in today’s time. Education Excelsior is a part of the esteemed chain of schools in Houston. The aim of education being to teach the students how to think rather than what to think and to provide an academic challenge to each student that further encourages them to develop the strengths and talents to the fullest. The mission of the school is to develop a strong sense of self worth and responsibility among its students that will in turn prepare the child contribution to society and world.
