where you May see the Examination results menu on the middle menus
click on the menu Examination results
it may redirect you to the page of Examination Results
the page may look as follow:

where you may see the courses on the top menu click on your course
After clicking it may redirect you to login page
enter your registration number there and then click on Submit
it may display your result.
