As you want to get the details of exam pattern of exam of Staff Selection Commission Junior Engineer so here is the information of the same for you:

Paper Pattern:

Paper-I Objective type (OMR Answer Sheets will be provided for this Paper)

(i) General Intelligence & Reasoning - 50 marks
(ii) General Awareness - 50 marks
(iii) Part–A General Engineering (Civil & Structural)
OR
Part-B General Engineering (Electrical)
OR
Part- C General Engineering (Mechanical) - 100 marks

Duration:- 2 Hours
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I.

Paper-II Conventional Type
Part– A General Engineering (Civil & Structural)
OR
Part– B General Engineering (Electrical)
OR
Part- C General Engineering (Mechanical)

Maximum Marks - 300
Duration:- 2 Hours.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have passed Diploma in Civil , Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an institution recognized by the Central Government or equivalent qualification.

Age Limit:

Candidates must be in between 18 to 27 years of age

Upper age Relaxation:-
•SC/ST - 5 years
•OBC - 3 years
•PH - 10 years
