Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB) conducts a written exam for recruitment of various posts of Law Assistant. Exam Pattern: Exam Pattern for the Law Assistant written Exam is as Follows:- Written Exam is Multiple Choice Objective Type. Question Paper consists of 100 Questions. Each question will carry 1 mark. So, question paper consists of 100 marks. Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to score minimum 40% and SC/ST candidates are required to score 30% marks in written test. Exam Syllabus: Exam Syllabus for Law Assistant written Exam:- General Awareness: In this objective of questions about general knowledge of surrounding society of the candidates to test the awareness about surrounding activities. Questions will also be included towards a scientist sight and thinking which expected from an educated person. So, candidates must focus on affairs about India and its adjacent countries too. Current Affairs: Scientific Progress/Development, National/International Awards, Indian Languages, Books, Script, Capital, Currency, Sports-Athlete such as essential knowledge. India & its Adjacent Countries: History of India & its Adjacent Countries, Culture, Geography, Economical Scenario and Constitution of India & State Administration, Political series of Country, Five-Year Plan Logic and Reasoning: Number series, Letter series, Odd man out, Coding-Decoding, Problems relating to Relations, Shapes and their sub sections. Trade/Profession Related: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions on the subject concerned as per the qualification prescribed in the Recruitment Rules and related to the trade/profession under the several posts. The subject related questions will include questions on Indian Penal Code, Electricity Act, 2003, Electricity Regulatory Commission, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Dues Recovery Act, Electricity Consumer Forum, Contract Act, Labour Laws, Industrial Dispute Act, Service related matters etc. |
