IB Exam Pattern

IB ACIO Exams Scheme:

Participants have to prepare for examination IB for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade II, Executive, General Central Service, Group-‘C’ (Non- Gazetted/Non- Ministerial.

IB Examination will be conducted in two phases namely Paper-1 and Paper-2.

Paper 1 will be of Objective Questions and Paper-2 will consist of Descriptive type and English language only.
The durations for both the papers will be 1 hours and 40 minutes.
Paper will comprise of General Awareness/General knowledge, Reasoning, Comprehensive and Mathematical Ability.

Paper 2 will be designed to check the knowledge of English written skill and analytical capability..

As you want I am here telling you about the exam pattern of exam of Intelligence Bureau ACIO grade II.

Exam Pattern

ACIO-II/Exe contains two papers namely
Paper I (Objective type) and
Paper II (Descriptive type on English language only).

Paper I will focus on General Awareness/General Knowledge, Reasoning, Comprehension, Mathematical ability etc. while Paper II will be designed to check English writing skill and analytical capability.

The total duration for both the Papers is 1 hour and 40 minutes.


Marking Scheme

Paper I will contain 100 Objective Type Questions with Maximum Marks – 100

Paper II will contain 3 Choices for essay, out of which you have to attempt one in not more than 400 words. Maximum marks for this Paper will be 50 Marks.
