ESIC coverage limit

What is the coverage area limit of ESIC Act, 1948? Please give me area under the act and also give me a short note on its coverage limit.

The ESIC launched the act 1948 Under Section 2(12) to non-seasonal factories employing 10 or above.
The wage limit of the Act is Rs. 15,000/- per month (w.e.f. 01/05/2010).
