Engineering Projects (India) MT eligibility-

Management Trainee (Finance)

CA / ICWAI/ MBA (Fin) (minimum 55% marks in Graduation) Age Limit - 28

Management Trainee (Company Secretary)

ACS (minimum 55% marks in Graduation)
Age Limit - 28

Management Trainee (HR)

2 Years Post Graduate diploma / MBA (Personnel Management/HR/MSW) etc. (minimum 55% marks)
Age Limit - 28

Management Trainee (Engineering)

BE / B. Tech or AMIE or equiv. ( Civil, Mech., Elect. etc. (min 55% marks) B.E. (Comp/IT) / MCA or its equiv. (min 55% marks)
Age Limit - 28

Training Period:

One year (extendable by six months in case of unsatisfactory performance).

On satisfactory performance (to be assessed by Selection board) absorption will be done in E-1 Grade in the pay scale 16400- 40500 (IDA Pattern).

Stipend:

Consolidated amount of ` 15,000/-pm.
In addition bachelor accommodation (or HRA), medical facility for self only.
