The University of Aberdeen is a public research university in the city of Aberdeen, Scotland. It is an ancient university founded in 1495

MBA Energy Management of this University is a full time one year programme comprises an intensive series of stimulating teaching blocks that are based on formal lectures, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, simulation exercises and project work.


Entry Requirements:

A good second class honours degree from a UK University (or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution for those with non-UK qualifications) and three years post undergraduate work experience.

Or

Substantial industry experience and a portfolio of training

Individuals seeking entry via this route will be required to provide a comprehensive CV detailing the experience, training and qualifications they have obtained to date. It is anticipated that all individuals applying via this route will be interviewed.

Autumn Semester (September to January)
-Value and Markets
-Business and Money
-Project Management
-Business Strategy

Spring Semester (February to May)

-Managing Self and Others
-The Leadership Challenge
-Business Model Innovation
-Managing Change and Innovation

Summer Semester (June – August)

Either:

Four courses from, for example: Talking to Teams, Energy Finance; Supply Chain Management; Managing Distributed Teams; and Internationalisation.
Or
Two electives from the above example and a Work-based Learning Project.
