Eligibility for WBJEE Medical

What are the eligibility conditions required to meet to apply for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Medical (WBJEE Medical) exam ?

WBJEE Medical entrance exam directed by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board to provide admission to 85% MBBS and BDS Seats in Central and State government medical and dental colleges.

15% seats shall be available for admission through AIPMT .

Eligibility:

Applicants should have completed age of 17 years .

Applicant must be an Indian citizen.

Applicants should have completed 10+2.

Applicants should have obtained 50% marks in PCB as the subjects (40% for SC/ST Applicants, 45% OBC-A, OBC-B Applicants).

Exam Pattern:

The WBJEE Medical exam constitutes 250 questions carrying 1 mark each.

100 question from Biology .

75 questions from physics and Chemistry each.

The exam duration for Biology paper will be of 2 hours .

The exam duration for Physics and Chemistry the duration is 1 hours and 30 minutes.
