Eligibility for TCS Recruitment

Please tell me am I eligible for TCS Recruitment; I take gap of 3 years non continuous gap in my studies?

As per my information, you are not eligible for TCS Recruitment as TCS except the break of 24 months in case of valid reason.


Qualification :
Candidate should secure minimum aggregate marks of 60% or above in the first attempt in each of your Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination.

Candidate with Maximum upto 1 pending backlog/arrear may apply.

Experience not more than 3 years.

Age : minimum 18 years

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in any of the following regulation:

Computer Science
Information Technology
Electronics and Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication
Electronics and Telecommunication
Mechanical Engineering
Electronics/Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Network Engineering

MCA along with BSc / BCA / BCom / BA (with Math / Statistics Background)

M.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology

Marks Criteria

Bare minimum Aggregate Marks of 60% and above in the first attempt in all academic courses Standard 10th onwards.

Aggregate of all subjects in all semesters to be measured (All subjects mentioned on the mark sheet).

First attempt implies securing 60% and above marks within the normal duration of the course

In case you have done both, 12th and equivalent diploma, you should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks in both courses.

Experience requisite:

Applicants with more than three years of work experience are not eligible to participate in the TCS Selection process.

Course Type
Full time courses will only be considered.

Age Criteria
Bare minimum Age-18 years and Maximum Age-28 years at the time of appearing for the TCS Selection process.
