Here I am giving you details about MA in English. It is a postgraduate academic degree in English literature includes comprehensive study of both ancient and modern English literature

M.A. English (Master of Arts in English)
Duration: 2 Years
Level: Post Graduation
Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent

M.A. English Eligibility: Graduation with English as one of the subjects from any of the recognized university / college of the country.

Some of the very reputed universities and institutes demand a minimum of 50% marks in graduation.

As you want I am here providing you the detail about the eligibility for join MA in English in Mumbai University.

Eligibility :
Candidate B. A. degree or a Corresponding degree of any recognized University.

For admission to the M.A. with English Candidate s who have passed the B.A(Special) in English and have obtained at least 50% of marks.

Candidate who have under-graduate degree such as the B.Com. or B.Sc. will have to appear for an Entrance Test conducted by this Department.

Fee structure:
M.A (Part -I) : Rs.2,496/- Yearly
M.A (Part-II) : Rs.1,621/ Yearly
